Terms of Service

By using Revvify you agree to these terms. Revvify orchestrates marketing and sales across channels you connect with your own credentials.

Your accounts and credentials

You connect your own developer apps and accounts. You are responsible for complying with each network's terms and for the content you publish. Revvify never auto-follows, mass-DMs, or auto-sends outreach — a human always clicks send.

Acceptable use

No spam, no scraping, no automation that violates a platform's terms. Email sending must honor opt-in, suppression, and unsubscribe requirements. We may suspend accounts that put deliverability or platform relationships at risk.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. AI credits are an optional prepaid convenience and are never required to use any feature. Prepaid credits are non-refundable and may expire per the schedule shown at purchase.

Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
